How do I send my photos?Simply email your image to info@canvas-2-go.co.uk to send your images. If you would like us to check them first before you order simply email the image and we will get back to you to let you know if your image is suitable and what the best size.
What file types do you accept?
We can accept the jpeg file format, which is the quickest and easier way to order your photo canvas. But if you do have another format, please feel free to email to us (info@canvas-2-go.co.uk) with your requirements.
What will the quality of my photo be like?
We can improve the quality of your images by reducing red eye, tears , creases, restore colour etc. However the quality of your print will determine the services we can offer & final quality of product. If we felt the quality was too poor we would inform you before we printed your canvas.
What frame widths are available?
The frame width is 18mm deep by 38mm wide The picture wraps around the frame but we can leave the frame white if you would prefer.
Can you produce custom sizes/designs?
Yes, Just ask.
Can you print out my own custom design?
Yes simply provide us with your design in any of the following file formats - BMP, JPG, GIF, .PSD or on paper and we will be happy to turn this into your canvas.
Can I send you an image which is not my own?
Yes. But it is your responsibility to ensure that you have been granted the rights to the image in question and/or have obtained the relevant permission.
Do you offer trade services?
Yes we do. Our trade prices are very good ! Please contact us for details.
Will the print fade on my art piece?
No. We use the very latest printing technology - Vivera pigmented inks, which are guaranteed to last (over 200 years) Our guarantee is that if you do have any issues with fading with your print then let us know and we will replace it ASAP.
How long will it take to process my order?
Normally your order will be ready for shipping in 2 working days should there be any reason for delay you can rest assured you will be kept informed.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept payment by Paypal.
What materials do your photo canvas print on?
We print on to high quality polyester matte 280gsm white canvas giving excellent vibrant colours which is water resistant and guaranteed no edge cracking.
Where will my canvas be delivered to?
All canvases will be posted to the requested address. Free Shipping only applies to UK. Please contact for overseas shipping rates.
Can I get a discount?
We do offer discounts for bulk orders - contact us for details.
